Les deux Coupoles

I just realized I forgot to leave a review for this restaurant after our trip in May of 2017...so, I'm here to fix that....also, I want to make sure that I can find the name of this restaurant again, in case I ever get back to Paris. (29-7-2022) 100% the best meal we had on our trip!! In fact, we're still talking about it 5 years later. Great food, great service, lovely people. The king prawns and linguine was to die for. The waiter told me what was in it, and I wish I'd had a piece of paper to write down the recipe because I haven't been able to do it justice at home (and it doesn't look like I'll get back to Paris anytime soon). Son loved his steak. He said it was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The French onion soup and our dessert were yummy!! The whole meal experience was exactly what we were hoping for. If you want a great meal, do yourself a favor and come here.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the passionate proprietor of the establishment who, despite a noticeable struggle with English, graciously walked us through the culinary offerings and special dishes of the day. Unfortunately, the food itself left much to be desired. It bore a lack of vibrancy in flavor, hinting at an over-reliance on frozen ingredients, which largely contributed to a somewhat disappointing dining experience. However, one must note that the culinary aspect was slightly overshadowed by the commendable atmosphere that the place provided. The ambiance exuded a sense of comfort and excellence that made the experience considerably enjoyable. Furthermore, the pricing was reasonable, providing a satisfactory value proposition considering the overall dining experience.

Lovely restaurant on a street near our hotel, full of atmosphere. The hostess greeted us when we stopped to read the menu. We came to eat the next day. Super range of classic and modern french dishes. Our food was delicious. Great range of drinks of all types. The service was friendly and very helpful. My wife tried frog legs, she really enjoyed them. We tried our French and they were kind and filled in with English when needed.

Such a cosy place with French cuisine. Perfect service, staff is so lovely and caring. Strongly recommend!

We are in Paris for just a week, but we are lucky enough to stay next to this restaurant. We had such a lovely dinner. We were welcomed with a nice atmosphere, delicious food by amazing people. 100% recommend a visit. You won't regret it.

Nice little restaurant not far from the Port Clichy Metro station. Good selection of classic French cuisine. I had frogs legs. The service was good and very reasonably priced.

Great restaurant with great French food. My friends and I went back multiple times during our week stay in Paris. The frog legs, snails, cassoulet, Confit de canard(preserved duck) were all amazing!! They also have great service!!
